At the Relate Ability Centre we offer individual psychotherapy for children, teens, adults & groups. We take both privately and publicly funded referrals.
We provide training & clinical supervision for psychotherapists, creative therapists, psychologists, social workers & care workers.
We offer a psychotherapeutic assessment service and we create bespoke trauma training & supervision packages for organisations working with vulnerable people.
We have over 35 years combined experience working therapeutically with individuals, groups, families & organisations.
Our focus is on helping people to learn how to have healthy relationships with themselves and with the people around them; helping organisations become trauma informed and to think therapeutically from the top down; and supporting anyone affected by trauma to bring about repair and to find a healthier, happier way of being in the world.
